Job Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Surveillance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring live CCTV footage from retail stores in the USA, identifying suspicious activities, and reporting incidents to help maintain a secure retail environment. Preference will be given to candidates with prior back-office experience and U.S.-based surveillance experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor real-time CCTV feeds from multiple U.S. retail locations for security concerns or unusual behavior.
Identify and report incidents such as theft, fraud, or policy violations.
Prepare clear and accurate incident reports.
Ensure surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in surveillance, security, or retail loss prevention is preferred.
Experience with U.S.-based surveillance operations will be a strong advantage.
Back-office or administrative experience is an added benefit.
Strong attention to detail with excellent observation and reporting skills.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
Flexible to work on weekends and during varying shifts if required.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
