Salary: PKR 50,000 Basic + Attractive Commissions

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the dispatch sales team to meet targets.
- Train new sales agents and ensure continuous skill development.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance feedback.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve sales and team efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dispatch Sales or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
