Team Manager– B2B (UK Energy Market)
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Salary: 60,000 - 80,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team ensure targets and business goals are met.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and market penetration in the B2B UK market
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment
- Manage client relationships and oversee key accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform decision-making
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for team members
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across departments to meet business objectives
- Report to senior leadership on team performance, challenges, and successes
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the B2B UK market, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in driving sales and managing client relationships in the UK B2B market
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
