Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager – Platforms to lead the execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that span across AI platforms, Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture, and enterprise integrations. This role ensures complex technical programs are delivered with clarity, structure, and operational excellence. As a TPM, you will work across multiple engineering and product teams to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, uphold governance standards, ensure real-time delivery visibility, and with the highest quality product. You’ll bring a strong combination of technical fluency, program discipline, and cross-functional leadership to accelerate the execution of platform initiatives that are critical to the business.
Essential Job Functions
• AI-First Program Leadership:
Champion an AI-first mindset by enabling the delivery of AI-driven platforms and integrations across the organization. Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure technical readiness and real-world applicability of AI solutions.
• Technical Program Integration & Governance
Lead seamless integration of technical programs across products, platforms, and services, ensuring alignment with architecture, security, and operational standards. Proactively identify and resolve integration conflicts, risks, and dependencies, with a top priority being to catch and help keep together dependent teams and systems of record.
• Systems of Record Management & Team Coordination
Closely manage and maintain all systems of record in JIRA and Confluence, ensuring that all project documentation, workflows, and status updates are accurate and up-to-date. Prioritize tight coordination and communication between teams by leveraging these systems as the central source of truth, facilitating seamless collaboration and communication for all stakeholders working on cross-functional initiatives.
• Process Leadership & Governance
Drive continuous improvement and integration of delivery processes across multiple platforms. Serve as a bridge between IT, product, and Agile teams to ensure consistent governance, process alignment, and dependency resolution.
• Execution & Delivery Management
Own the end-to-end execution of platform programs—setting timelines, managing blockers, and delivering quality results. Ensure that teams are tracking toward milestones, using delivery data effectively, and staying aligned to business priorities.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a central point of contact between engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and timely execution. Facilitate technical discussions, delivery planning, and issue resolution across multiple teams and time zones.
• Agile Governance & Operational
Discipline Uphold delivery hygiene through Agile and JIRA governance, including Definition of Ready/Done, sub-task management, and traceable dependencies. Partner with teams to ensure data integrity and audit-ready program tracking.
• Status Reporting & Communication
Deliver concise, actionable updates in reporting forums to leadership on program health, risks, blockers, and execution confidence. Maintain dashboards and reporting tools that promote real-time transparency and informed decision-making leveraging Flow Metrics.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, delivery operations, or a related role in a technology organization.
• Proven success managing complex platform initiatives or systems integration programs across multiple Agile teams.
• Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles, particularly within AI, cloud, or frontend architecture.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and program reporting tools.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) and experience supporting high-velocity delivery environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive structured outcomes under pressure.
