Timings: 12:00-9:00 pm
Location: Johar town G4, Lahore
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal technical teams and the client for product delivery.
- Lead end-to-end project execution including scope definition, resource planning, sprint coordination, and delivery tracking.
- Translate business and client requirements into clear technical deliverables and timelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and remove blockers.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and dependencies using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Conduct regular sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder demos.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, including status updates, issue resolutions, and change management.
- Ensure product releases meet technical specifications, performance benchmarks, and business goals.
- Collaborate on defining product roadmaps and aligning them with client needs and expectations.
- Manage project documentation, SOPs, and reporting artifacts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and DevOps practices.
- Proven experience managing projects involving APIs, web apps, mobile apps, or SaaS platforms.
- Excellent communication, client handling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
