Role Description:
This is a contract role for a Technical Recruiter at The First Sol, located on-site in Lahore. The Technical Recruiter will handle full-life cycle recruiting, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting.
- Experience in hiring and recruiting.
- Experience in technical and non-technical recruiting.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be comfortable working in an onsite setting
- Must be able to start immediately
- 1 years of experience in technical recruiting
- Must be located in commutable distance to Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
