We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Executive (Canada) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of sales experience and demonstrate professionalism and maturity in handling diverse client interactions.
Opportunity Notes:
This is a complete work from home international work opportunity. You will be required to work from 9:00 am to 6:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts. Holidays are granted based on Canadian scheduled holidays.

Job Description
Your Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will:
· Engage with Canadian clients to generate and nurture leads.
· Use your experience to build strong client relationships and close sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prospect and connect with potential clients through cold and warm calls.
· Follow up on leads and maintain a well-managed sales pipeline.
· Build rapport and trust with clients, focusing on their needs and preferences.
· Confidently communicate company services and value propositions.
· Deliver weekly performance reports to management.
· Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (4 years).
· Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years in sales, telemarketing, or customer relationship roles.
o Previous exposure to North American clients or working in a North American time zone is preferred.
Skills:
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
o Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and cloud-based tools.
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

· A desktop workstation based on our specifications with 2 hours of battery backup
· A USB headset microphone, and web camera
· Internet with backup power
· Electricity backup (Ups/Generator/Others)
