We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy TikTok Content Creator to develop engaging, viral-worthy content that aligns with our brand’s voice and goals. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of TikTok trends, editing skills, and the ability to grow and engage an audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, film, and edit high-quality, original TikTok content (skits, trends, challenges, tutorials, etc.).
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, sounds, and algorithm changes to maximize reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand campaigns.
- Engage with followers (comments, duets, stitches) to build community and increase visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, growth) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Potentially represent the brand in live streams or collaborations with other creators.
- Ensure content is on-brand, entertaining, and optimized for virality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience growing a TikTok account (personal or brand) with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in TikTok editing tools (CapCut, in-app editor, effects, etc.).
- Understanding of TikTok’s algorithm and best practices.
- Creative, adaptable, and able to generate fresh ideas quickly.
- Basic knowledge of analytics (TikTok Insights or third-party tools).
