Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Trucking Sales Executive to promote and sell freight transportation services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the logistics and trucking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients needing freight and logistics services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and promote trucking services to new and existing customers.
- Develop customized transportation solutions based on client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Track market trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
