Responsibilities:
- Book Umrah packages, including flights, hotels, and transport.
- Issue airline tickets and manage travel itineraries.
- Advise clients on Umrah requirements, visas, and documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve booking issues.
- Stay updated on travel regulations and Umrah guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience as a travel or ticketing agent.
- Knowledge of Umrah processes and Saudi travel rules.
- Familiarity with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Salary: Attractive Salary + Comission + company-provided lunch
