we are looking for a talented and results-driven Upwork Bidder & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding on Upwork projects, generating leads, and securing new business opportunities for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Write compelling and customized proposals to increase conversion rates.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently.
- Maintain and update records of bids, proposals, and ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of freelancing platforms and bidding strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, IT services, or Social Media Marketing (preferred).

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
