About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, organized, and enthusiastic Podcast Manager to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for managing guest communication, scheduling, and overseeing episode planning. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about media, storytelling, or digital communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage remote communication with podcast guests (email, social media, Zoom, etc.)
- Coordinate and schedule recordings based on guest and host availability
- Assist in brainstorming and planning episode topics
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure deadlines are met
- Help with basic guest onboarding and preparation
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of podcast platforms is a plus (not required)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop
