Lasifa International is looking for a Visa Processing Officer with at least 2 years of experience and strong knowledge of Saudi immigration laws. You will be responsible for processing visa applications, ensuring they meet Saudi regulations, and helping clients through the visa process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process visa applications, making sure they follow Saudi immigration rules.
- Help clients understand the Saudi visa process and requirements.
- Stay updated on changes to Saudi immigration laws and share information with clients.
- Keep accurate records of visa applications and protect sensitive information.
- Work with Saudi embassies and consulates to ensure smooth visa processing.
- Solve issues like missing documents or application delays.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in visa processing, with a focus on Saudi immigration.
- Good knowledge of Saudi visa types and rules.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of visa processing software is a plus.
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
