Position: Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities:
-Strong sense of aesthetics, fashion trends, and knowledge of visual merchandising software/tools.
-Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to optimize visual merchandising effectiveness.
-Strong interpersonal, coordination, and presentation skills for cross-functional teamwork.
-Develop and execute visually appealing store layouts, ensuring traffic flow, focal points, and aesthetics align with brand identity and promotions for existing and new stores.
Create and update in-store and window displays to attract and engage customers, showcasing new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal collections.
-Strategically place merchandise to optimize sales and maintain an organized, visually appealing shopping experience as per stock drops and category performance.
-Analyze sales trends, foot traffic, and product performance providing insights and recommendations to improve visual merchandising strategies.
-Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and store teams to align visual merchandising with business objectives and ensure execution consistency.
-Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine visual merchandising approaches based on best practices.
-Develop and implement planograms, ensuring visual merchandising standards are maintained across all stores. Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance.
-Train store staff on visual merchandising standards, ensuring effective execution of display changes and ongoing adherence to brand guidelines.
