About the Role:
We're hiring a skilled and creative Content Editor to bring our YouTube and Instagram content to life! If you're passionate about video storytelling, know how to grab attention with thumbnails and edits, and understand social media trends – this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Edit engaging YouTube videos (5–15 mins) with seamless cuts, B-rolls, motion graphics, and narrative flow
- Create viral Instagram Reels and Shorts using fast-paced, scroll-stopping edits
- Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that boost click-through rates
- Add subtitles, memes, sound effects, and relevant visual elements
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips
- Stay up to date with content trends, formats, and platform algorithms
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to meet weekly publishing goals
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience editing for YouTube & Instagram (please share portfolio)
- Ability to create custom thumbnails using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar
- Strong storytelling and visual editing skills
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar video editing software
- Graphic design skills for basic motion graphics and thumbnail design
- A keen eye for what works on social media
- Organized, deadline-driven, and great at receiving feedback
Compensation & Perks:
- Monthly Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 (based on experience and creativity)
