- Evaluate quotations obtained from vendors
- Monitor all maintenance and repair raised by departments
- Ensure housekeeping/general cleanliness and fumigation in coordination with team
- Ensure that support team visits weekly to fix the petty issues as per provided complaint
- Collect and prepare the list of scrap items and its disposal through established channel
- Gather edible and sanitary requests from zone to provide a consolidated PR
- Maintain inventory issuance details and furniture stock report on given Performa
- Maintain cross-functional coordination to manage Functional, Administrative, Financial and Structural discipline in Zone, Stations, Branches and Agents locations
- Look after all Government & Legal Matters of Administration
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-4 years
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field
- Expertise in vendor management, facility management, service delivery
- Decision making
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
