Academic and Operations Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Academic and Operations Coordinator plays a dual role in managing both the academic and operational aspects of the center/school. This position is responsible for curriculum planning, staff supervision, scheduling, client communication, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the center. The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and interpersonal skills to maintain high educational standards and ensure parent satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Oversight
- Develop, review, and implement curriculum and weekly/monthly planners across all classes. Monitor and evaluate teaching methods, lesson plans, and student progress. Provide academic support and mentoring to teachers and therapists. Organize and supervise assessments, student reports, and developmental evaluations. Ensure academic content aligns with school philosophy and goals.
Staff Management
- Supervise teaching and support staff to ensure adherence to schedules, responsibilities, and professionalism. Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Plan and deliver staff training, professional development workshops, and orientation for new hires. Resolve staff issues and maintain a positive, respectful workplace environment. Coordinate staff schedules, manage substitutions, and ensure adequate coverage.
Operations & Administration
- Create and maintain class timetables, therapy schedules, and break/lunch routines. Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and organized classroom environments. Handle documentation, attendance records, staff logs, and compliance checklists. Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure daily operations are running smoothly.
Client Interaction & Satisfaction
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents/clients for all academic and operational matters. Address queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Conduct orientation meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and progress discussions. Provide timely updates and maintain open communication with families. Ensure high levels of parent satisfaction through consistent follow-up and service quality.
Additional Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee school events, field trips, special days, and workshops. Support in student admissions, evaluations, and class placements. Ensure health and safety compliance throughout the premises. Liaise with therapists, counselors, and specialists for student support services. Generate reports and updates for upper management.

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, Psychology, or a related field• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in academic coordination or school operations• Prior experience in staff supervision and client handling preferred• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and scheduling tools.

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
