- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for catering operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports including P&L, cash flow, and event profitability.
- Process invoices, payments, for full-time and event-based staff.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and correct billing to clients.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and petty cash.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor inventory costs, wastage, and ensure cost control in line with catering budgets.
- Coordinate with event managers and chefs to gather cost inputs per event for accurate pricing and invoicing.
