Currently, we are looking for "Accounts Executive", Ideal candidate must be responsible for:
- Prepare and file tax returns for the US and Pakistan, ensuring compliance with local regulations (EOBI, Income Tax, Withholding Tax, Rent Tax, etc.).
- Effectively communicate with USA and international customers, suppliers, and legal authorities, ensuring professional and timely correspondence across different time zones.
- Work closely with internal teams to monitor expenses, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure financial discipline.
- Oversee daily SaaS costing to track and manage expenditures efficiently.
- Must have experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software to post and reconcile transactions.
- Ensure customer invoicing and collections for international clients, adhering to PO requirements and maintaining accurate SKU/product records in QuickBooks or similar software.
- Experience in preparing quotations for customers.
- Process transactions through online banking platforms securely and efficiently.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and business opportunities while preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Create reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, tax deductions, employee attendance tracking, insurance claims, and leave encashment reports.
- Manage online travel arrangements, including ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and event coordination.
- Must be an Excel expert; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy in calculations.
- Experience in product pricing and cost evaluation, including financial modeling and cloud service cost assessments (Nice to have).
Required Qualification:
- Possess 3-5 years’ in Finance function managing the company accounts & finance.
- Degree in relevant field
- CIMA/ CISA/ CFA/ ICMA/ PIPFA Certifications
- IT literate, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience dealing with customers and both internal and external.
- Proven skills in administration and data management.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Fluent English- Written and Spoken.
