INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Finance & Accounts Executive to join our Finance and Accounts team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and reporting across industries. What You’ll Lead and Deliver
- Regularly review the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all customer payments are accurately recorded and posted against the respective invoices. Identify and investigate any anomalies, unapplied payments, or mis postings to maintain the integrity of financial records.
- Prepare and issue sales invoices to customers in a timely and precise manner, in line with the agreed-upon terms and company procedures. Ensure invoices include all necessary supporting details and are compliant with applicable tax regulations.
- Actively follow up on outstanding and overdue invoices via phone calls, emails, or official statements. Maintain professional communication with clients to encourage timely payments while preserving strong business relationships.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure consistency between the general ledger and customer records. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, or disputes in coordination with sales and customer service teams.
- Maintain a complete, organized, and up-to-date record of all receivables transactions, including invoices, receipts, communications, and reconciliations, for internal use and audit purposes.
- Support month-end closing processes by preparing AR-related journal entries, aging reports, and other necessary documentation to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist both internal and external auditors by providing required documentation, explanations, and reconciliations pertaining to the accounts receivable function.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal control policies, company financial procedures, and external regulatory requirements related to revenue recognition, credit terms, and tax compliance.
- Prepare and file monthly sales tax returns for various territories, ensuring accuracy in tax calculations and timely submission in compliance with local laws.
- Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the manager as required by the department or business needs.
Requirements
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- CMA / ACCA qualified / Finalist or BS accounting and Finance.
- 1 - 2 Years of experience in Accounts Receivable function. Experience in a multinational company would be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Willingness to take on ad hoc assignments and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
