Job Description
· Preparation of bank reconciliation as per bank statement of company on daily basis
· Preparation of cash reconciliation with cashier and cash retained by Accounts Executive
· Preparation of customer's bank receipts (checks and online fund transfer)
· Booking of all accruals related to expenses regularly & Purchase order in case of Fixed Asset
· Booking of petty cash expenses and reconciliation with advances to admin
· Filling of daily reports (cash/bank reconciliation, and all voucher in respective files)
· Cash and checks payments local and foreign vendors
· Co-ordination with banks for Bank statements, bank documents etc
· Preparation of daily funds management report for financial planning & decision making
· Preparation of Bank Receipts & Payment Sheets to Maintain Sales & expenses of the month
· Booking of sale orders of acrylic sheet fabrication & Accrual of invoice and bill. Adjustment Entries
· Preparation and verification of wall paper pasting/floor fixation bills as per work order/job completion and booking of accrual.
· Preparation of summaries of local purchases
· Preparation of monthly bank statements, registered purchases & issue sale tax invoices as per demand
· Preparation of Inventory working on daily basis
· Monthly closing adjustment and entries
· Monthly Accruals of Utilities (Electricity, PTCL, Internet, Water, Mobile Bills, Staff Fuel Expense.
Qualification & Experience
· Bachelors degree from reputable university
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Must have knowledge about ERP Software with basic knowledge
· Fresher
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs22,000.00 - Rs28,000.00 per month
