Real Funnels is a performance marketing agency helping physiotherapy clinics grow through smart automation, high-converting funnels, and paid ads. We’re growing fast and looking for a AI Automation expert skilled in Make.com, zapier, N8N who can streamline and scale our internal and client processes with robust automation.
Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and maintain advanced workflows in Make.com
- Integrate multiple platforms (e.g., CRMs, Google Sheets, Email tools, Webhooks)
- Troubleshoot automation issues quickly and efficiently
- Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to optimize existing workflows
- Document automation logic and provide clear SOPs for handoff
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Make.com (Integromat)
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON
- Familiarity with CRMs like GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot is a big plus
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage time and tasks independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
