Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled App Marketing Manager to take the lead in our marketing initiatives, with a focus on maximizing ROI, managing effective campaigns, and leveraging tools such as AdMob, Firebase, and analytics to drive results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost app visibility, user acquisition, and engagement.
- Utilize Firebase and other analytics platforms to monitor app performance, gather user insights, and inform data-driven decisions.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, user behavior, and new growth opportunities.
- Lead the creation of compelling promotional materials and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, including App Store Optimization (ASO).
- Oversee and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns to meet and exceed ROAS and ROI goals.
- Collaborate with the product team to align marketing strategies with user needs and product improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
Job Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience as an App Marketing Manager.
- Strong understanding of iOS App Store ranking algorithms and guidelines.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads for mobile apps
- Proficiency with major ASO and analytics tools (e.g., Sensor Tower, AppTweak, Mobile Action, App Annie, Firebase, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and analytical tools
