Company is looking for a candidate who possesses a solid understanding of specialization area plus working knowledge of one other related area. Resolves issues in creative ways. Exercises independent judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions. Executes projects from start to completion. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Determines and develops recommendations to solutions. Works on team-driven or task-oriented projects. May guide more junior peers with aspects of their job. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
Duties and Responsibilities
The following are some of the main accountabilities for which the person in this position is responsible.
- Provides technical support to company customers and field engineers who encounter problems with company products during integrated circuit design and verification.
- Support process includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, providing workarounds for product bugs, and providing solutions for a wide range of complex issues covering: usage, methodology, product defects, interoperability, licensing, and installation.
- Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering.
- May be involved in customer installation and training. Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
- Executes remote projects from external customers.
- May be deployed at customer sites for long periods of time with moderate supervision.
- May be required to deliver customer training at Ayk or customer locations. Some content creation/review may also be required.
Qualification:
- BS Electrical Engineering (Power)
Experience:
- Having 2-3 years of experience in power sector.
- Fresh candidate having 3-6 months of internship in power sector.
Salary:
- Salary Range is not Fixed, will be negotiable as per experience.
