We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Appointment Scheduler to join our call centre team. In this role, you will be responsible for making and receiving calls to schedule appointments. Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth and organized scheduling process that enhances customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm or reschedule customer appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and assist clients with scheduling-related inquiries.
- Enter and update appointment information accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments or field teams to ensure availability.
- Send appointment reminders and follow up on missed or canceled appointments.
- Meet performance targets.
- Provide a positive and helpful experience to every caller.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with scheduling software or CRMs is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls with professionalism.
