Requirements:
- Collaborate with billing teams and healthcare providers to ensure proper coding and documentation. Analyze aging reports and work on outstanding AR to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Investigate and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and payment discrepancies
- Contact insurance companies and follow up on unpaid or rejected claims.
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 6-12 months of experience in medical billing
