Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (Master’s preferred)
3–5 years of experience in architecture, interior planning, or construction design
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Propose innovative architectural concepts, schematic designs, and 3D/CAD models that align with project scopes and objectives
- Design Site Office Layouts, Portable Workspaces, and Construction Support Facilities tailored for both functional and aesthetic needs
- Produce high-quality 2D and 3D architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), throughout all project phases
- Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with design intent
- Ensure all designs adhere to space utilization standards, health, safety, and environment (HSE) guidelines, and technical compliance for on-site infrastructure
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications that illustrate both external appearance and interior detailing of architectural projects
- Oversee and guide technical staff in the development of project documentation, design studies, and budget estimations
- Manage project schedules, resources, and cost control to ensure timely and efficient delivery
