Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Amazon Account Manager. In this role, you will work closely with our Account Managers to support various aspects of client accounts on Amazon. You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of Amazon accounts, optimizing product listings, analyzing data, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Account Managers in managing and optimizing client accounts on Amazon.
Optimize product listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform listing optimization and advertising strategies.
Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in developing and implementing advertising campaigns on Amazon, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
Provide timely and professional communication and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, Amazon policies, and best practices to ensure our clients remain competitive in the marketplace.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Previous experience working with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
Passion for e-commerce and familiarity with the Amazon marketplace.
