Job Description:
To assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ERP system across various departments. The Assistant Manager ERP serves as a bridge between IT and functional teams, ensuring the system meets business needs and runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in ERP configuration, testing, and deployment across different functional modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, etc.).
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Provide functional support and training to end-users on ERP processes and features.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with vendors or developers for resolution.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and module enhancements.
- Monitor data integrity and support data migration, reporting, and validation tasks.
- Document workflows, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between system functionality and business operations.
- Ensure ERP processes comply with company policies and audit standards.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, or insights to management as needed.
Requirements:
✔ Hands-on MS Dynamics 365 F&O expert (Finance & Operations)
✔ Strong knowledge of Production + Retail modules
✔ Implementation/ Functional Consultant experience
✔ 3-4 years in MS Dynamics 365 (MSD365) Systems
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
- ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.) are a plus.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in ERP support, implementation, or administration.
- Hands-on experience with a recognized ERP system.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, production, and HR.
- Good knowledge of SQL, data queries, and ERP reporting tools.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple priorities.

Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in manufacturing, textile, pharmaceutical, or similar industries.
- Exposure to business process reengineering and automation projects.
