We are looking for a young and energetic Finance Executive. Must be a resident of Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
Responsibilities
1. Direct and coordinate financial planning and budget management functions.
2. Manage daily operations of finance accounting tax department (payments, journaling, banking, etc).
3. Process invoices for various clients on a monthly basis and provides best-in-class customer service to the clients. Prepare payroll cheques, claims, and rental cheques.
4. Update internal systems with financial data, and prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
5. Responsible for all financial reports.
6. Track bank deposits and payments and assist with budget preparation.
7. Ensure the tax management is well processed and complies with the government rules and regulations.
8. Coordinate financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
9. Monitor and analyze monthly operating costs vs budget.
10. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
11. Other responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements & Skills
1. Have 3 years of experience in Finance Accounting and Tax function, 1 year of which is required to be in manufacturing concern.
2. Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
3. Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite
4. Hands-on experience on SAP B-1 is a MUST
5. Hands-on experience on Microsoft Power Apps (Query/BI/DAX) is plus
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
