Key Responsibilities:
☑ Process account setup, maintenance, and closure requests in the Matrix Unit
☑ Manage stakeholder instructions and inquiries while meeting SLAs and ensuring customer satisfaction
☑ Review client documentation for compliance with internal KYC, regulatory, and compliance requirements
☑ Coordinate with Relationship Teams to fulfill business and client onboarding needs
☑ Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality service standards in all operations
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 2–5 years in Corporate Account Opening, Maintenance, or Internet Banking
☑ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, detail-oriented environment
☑ Prior experience in account onboarding and maintenance will be an added advantage
