Email Marketing SpecialistKey Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and manage end-to-end email marketing infrastructure
- Set up and warm up email domains
- Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records and monitor deliverability
- Plan, execute, and optimize mass email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other email platforms
- Segment and manage contact lists to target the right audiences effectively
- Utilize tools like Apollo, Skrapp, GrowMeOrganic, and HubSpot for lead sourcing, enrichment, and workflow automation
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Monitor inbox placement, open rates, CTRs, and bounce rates, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure all campaigns comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Collaborate with sales and content teams to align messaging and objectives
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in email marketing within the IT industry
- Proven expertise in setting up email systems from scratch, including domain and DNS configurations
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce for mass mailing and automation
- Proficient in Apollo, Skrapp, GrowMeOrganic, and HubSpot
- Solid understanding of email marketing KPIs and A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented and data-driven mindset
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to craft effective email content
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
