Job Description:
We are hiring a Area Manager to manage backend operations of our bakery chain software, built on Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP). The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Dynamics and understand backend support activities such as user access control, issue resolution, and bug fixing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle backend operations and system access management of the bakery software.
- Fix bugs and resolve issues raised by branch teams or operations staff.
- Coordinate with IT/development team for system improvements or escalated issues.
- Maintain user roles, permissions, and workflow configurations in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Train and support bakery staff on basic system usage and report generation.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day system functioning across multiple outlets.
- Generate performance reports from the system and share insights with management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP).
- Minimum 2 years total work experience, preferably in retail, food, or bakery sector.
- Understanding of POS systems, inventory, billing, and staff roles in bakery operations.
- Familiarity with backend systems, databases, and user access configurations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to outlets if needed for system support.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience managing software in a retail or food chain.
- Knowledge of basic SQL or backend database queries.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus.
