We are looking for a reliable and proactive Booking Office and Facility Manager to oversee the front-desk operations and ensure smooth functioning of our sports facility. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and will manage court bookings, class enrollments, cash transactions, and inventory. The role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Booking Management
- Greet and assist all walk-in clients and visitors professionally.
- Manage court and coaching class bookings in person, via phone, and through online channels.
- Provide complete and accurate information to clients regarding tennis and pickleball programs, timings, fees, and promotions.
- Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and client queries promptly and efficiently.
Cash & Record Handling
- Collect payments for classes, court bookings, and on-site purchases.
- Maintain accurate daily cash collection records.
- Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure reconciliation with the operations team.
Facility & Inventory Management
- Oversee inventory of tennis and pickleball equipment, balls, drinks, and snacks.
- Ensure timely restocking of supplies and coordination with vendors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the booking office and surrounding areas.
Operational Oversight
- Monitor daily facility usage and report any maintenance or safety issues to the management.
- Support coaches and staff with logistics and client coordination where needed.
- Ensure all signage, brochures, and information material are up to date and well-presented.
Communication & Coordination
- Liaise with the coaching team to update class schedules and availability.
- Share feedback from clients with the management for service improvement.
- Assist during academy events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative role (experience in sports facility management is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with computers and booking software
- Trustworthy with handling cash and inventory
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Working Hours:
- 15:00 - 23:00
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
