Financial Record Maintenance
1. Accurately record and update all financial transactions in the monitoring system.
2. Maintain and reconcile ledgers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Work on historical financial data for the past 3 years, ensuring that all records are accurately reconstructed and updated from the scratch.
Inventory Management
1. Follow up on inventory to ensure accurate records and update the database.
2. Track and maintain accurate inventory records.
Financial Reporting
1. Manage the accounts receivable process, including monitoring outstanding invoices and ensuring timely payments.
2. Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring that all vendor invoices are processed accurately and payments are made in a timely manner.
Accounts Payable and Receivable
1. Manage the accounts receivable process, including monitoring outstanding invoices and ensuring timely payments.
2. Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring that all vendor invoices are processed accurately and payments are made in a timely manner.
Financial Compliance
1. Ensure that all financial records are in compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards.
Other Tasks
1. Perform other tasks as may be assigned bythe immediate superior.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a bookkeeper or in a comparable financial role, with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles, with particular expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Advanced proficiency in data entry and the utilization of spreadsheets for financial tasks.
- Professional accounting certification is an advantage but not required.
