We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with 3–4 years of solid experience in accounting and bookkeeping, particularly using Xero accounting software. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records using Xero accounting software.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, and manage invoices and billing.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Liaise with accountants or auditors for year-end financial processes.
- Assist in payroll processing and tax filings as required.
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–4 years of proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in Xero is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation, reporting, and general ledger.
- Excellent Excel and financial data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with international clients.
- Familiarity with other accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of tax laws and payroll processing.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
