Eligibility:
- Minimum Intermediate / Graduate from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
- A qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2 year working experience of foreign currency dealing
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring daily branch operations to ensure efficient, secure, and compliant currency exchange services
- Supervising currency exchange transactions in line with regulatory and internal policies
- Coordinating with Regional and Head Office for seamless business operations and achieving assigned targets
- Maintaining accuracy in currency counting, verification, and auditing while optimizing stock levels based on demand analysis
- Guiding and supporting branch staff to foster a collaborative, customer-focused environment
- Handling escalated customer issues professionally and ensuring timely resolution
- Reviewing branch activities regularly to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance
- Maintaining comprehensive records and submitting operational reports to senior management
- Performing any other task/assignment assigned by the line manager
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of foreign exchange rates, global financial markets, and currency regulations.
- High level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining the financial security of the branch.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling currency.
