Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements gathering, BRD/SRS documentation, process modeling, and user story development. Familiarity with programming languages like React.js, Java, Python, as well as Agile methodologies, Scrum, and project management tools like JIRA, is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
- Develop clear and concise user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Create process flowcharts, data flow diagrams, and other modeling artifacts to represent business processes and system flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product owners to ensure requirements are well understood.
- Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings following Agile/Scrum practices.
- Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements.
- Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management platforms to track progress and manage tasks.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of BRD, SRS documentation, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Proficiency in creating process flowcharts and system models.
- Familiarity with React.js, Java, Python — understanding technical concepts to bridge communication between business and development teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Expertise in using JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
