We are seeking dedicated Call Center Agents. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.

- Fluent in written and spoken English – US accent required
