Job Description:
We are hiring Call Center Agents to handle customer calls, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers
- Provide accurate product/service info
- Handle complaints calmly and effectively
- Record interactions in the system
- Meet performance targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior experience is a plus
