Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential clients in need of accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation services.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate leads.
- Lead Qualification: Assess lead quality by gathering key information to understand their needs and alignment with our services.
- Database Management: Maintain and update CRM with accurate information about leads and prospects.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for effective lead conversion.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to adjust lead generation strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation activities, performance, and progress.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field, preferably in the financial services or BPO industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM software.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation services in the U.S. market.
