The SEO Alchemists, a leading digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, is expanding its international sales team. We’re hiring Sales/Closers to handle our U.S.-based client campaigns. If you have a passion for sales and fluent English communication skills, this opportunity is for you!
Job Role: Sales/Closers (U.S. Campaigns)
As a Sales Closer, you will engage with warm leads via outbound calls to close sales and onboard clients for our digital marketing services. Your job is to understand client needs, pitch services effectively, overcome objections, and convert conversations into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to qualified U.S.-based leads.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and close deals.
- Understand client pain points and offer customized solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales conversions and revenue.
- Coordinate with the account management team for smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Matric/O-Levels (Intermediate or above preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of international call center or sales closing experience (U.S. campaigns preferred). Strong cold calling or telesales background is a plus.
- Language: Excellent spoken English with a neutral or U.S. accent preferred.
Shift Timing
- U.S. Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 (based on experience)
