- Shift Timing: Night shifts (8:30 PM - 5 :00 AM)-FULL TIME ONISTE
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding billing inquiries, service issues, and general support related to Xfinity services.
- Assist customers with resolving billing discrepancies, processing payments, and explaining account charges.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to internet, TV, and phone services, escalating complex problems as necessary.
- Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the database system.
- Collaborate with technical support, sales, and other departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer concerns.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Xfinity sales campaigns.
- Extensive experience in inbound sales, billing, or call center environments preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
