About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Campaign Manager to lead our marketing efforts across three critical GTM motions: Data Privacy, Data Security, and Data Governance. As the Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing integrated marketing campaigns targeting specific market segments, driving customer acquisition, and fostering repeat business.

- Strategize and drive demand generation initiatives to effectively reach target audiences and maximize campaign impact.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to convey campaign objectives, expectations, and results clearly within the team and to external stakeholders.
- Apply adept project management skills to supervise end-to-end campaign execution across multiple teams, ensuring seamless coordination, monitoring, and measurement of success.
- Create compelling marketing copy for advertising, email campaigns, social media, website and other marketing content, showcasing a proficiency in written communication.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture to ensure successful campaign implementation.
- Ensure campaigns align with organizational guidelines and brand standards, maintaining consistency and integrity across all marketing initiatives.
- Compile detailed reports on campaign performance, utilizing data and feedback from previous projects to inform strategic enhancements for future campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional project management skills,ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- In-depth knowledge of executing B2B campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Strong understanding of demand generation principles and practices.
