Role Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled communicator to make outbound calls, take inbound inquiries, and build strong connections with clients through thoughtful conversations and timely follow-ups. This is not a cold-calling sales role — it’s about nurturing long-term relationships and being the friendly, reliable voice of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to check in, follow up, and keep clients engaged
- Handle inbound calls professionally and warmly
- Build rapport and trust with clients through genuine conversations
- Send professional follow-up emails after calls
- Maintain detailed call logs and notes in our CRM
- Collaborate closely with sales, project managers, and leadership
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or American accent
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Computer savvy and comfortable using CRMs, email, and Google Workspace
- A team player with a self-starter mindset
- Reliable internet and quiet work environment
- Aligned with company vision and values
- Independent, driven, and knows their craft inside and out
