Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s students or fresh graduates in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong interest in clinical psychology, mental health interventions, and psychological research.
- Basic understanding of research methodologies (e.g., qualitative/quantitative research, data analysis).
- Familiarity with psychological assessment tools or diagnostic frameworks (e.g., DSM-5, ICD-11) is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Literature Review: Conduct in-depth reviews of academic literature using databases like PubMed, PsycINFO, or Google Scholar to support clinical research projects.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in designing and implementing research studies, including collecting data through surveys, interviews, or psychometric tools, and analyzing results using tools like SPSS, R, or Excel.
- Case Study Support: Collaborate with clinical supervisors to document case studies, ensuring ethical handling of sensitive client information.
- Psychoeducation Content Creation: Develop evidence-based content for mental health awareness campaigns or workshops using tools like Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
- Therapeutic Support: Assist in preparing materials for therapy sessions, such as worksheets or intervention plans, under the supervision of licensed psychologists.
- Research Proposal Development: Support the creation of research proposals or grant applications, including drafting hypotheses and methodologies.
- Ethics & Compliance: Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines (e.g., APA Ethical Principles, IRB protocols) in all research and clinical activities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for research activities using tools like Google Analytics or Tableau.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, research, and outreach teams to align research and clinical strategies with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with research tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Qualtrics, or similar) and academic databases (e.g., PubMed, PsycINFO).
- Strong research skills and basic proficiency with market analysis tools (e.g., Google Trends, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting professional reports, proposals, and client-facing materials.
- Basic proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop/PC.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and openness to constructive feedback.
