Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute Social Champ’s community strategy across platforms like Reddit, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Discord, Slack, and niche forums.
- Lead proactive community answering — support threads, conversations, and brand mentions with speed, empathy, and strategy.
- Build rituals and engagement loops — weekly discussions, user spotlights, contests, polls, and Q&A threads.
- Manage and maintain a personal and community editorial calendar, aligning with product, brand, and seasonal campaigns.
- Repurpose product updates, blogs, and news into engaging community content — tweet threads, memes, LinkedIn posts, and newsletters.
- Script and co-execute creative content formats (e.g., reels, AMA snippets, viral posts) alongside video/design teams.
- Launch and manage AMA sessions, webinars, podcasts, and community live events — handle planning, outreach, promotion, moderation, and follow-ups.
- Write and distribute newsletters and email campaigns using Mautic or equivalent tools — from launch updates to monthly highlights.
- Manage outreach and collaborations with creators, influencers, thought leaders, and power users for interviews, shoutouts, and content collabs.
- Build and grow a network of brand advocates and co-marketers — helping them create, amplify, and engage in line with our brand.
- Secure high-quality backlinks, placements, shoutouts, and mentions on deal sites, coupon platforms, SaaS directories, productivity blogs, and niche communities.
- Pitch to publications, newsletters, and community curators (Product Hunt, IndieHacker, AppSumo, G2, etc.) to get the brand featured and linked.
- Track results from earned media and placements, and report ROI or brand visibility impact.
- Research and initiate co-marketing and event collaborations — including sponsorships, media partnerships, and shoutouts in global marketing and tech events.
- Lead end-to-end partnership activation: outreach, pitch, coordination, content swaps, and performance tracking.
- Even without physical presence, ensure Social Champ is visible and represented at relevant online/offline industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in community management, PR/partnerships, influencer engagement, or B2B growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience with AMA hosting, webinars, podcast coordination, and live community events.
- Excellent writing and communication skills — fluent in online culture, short-form storytelling, and professional networking.
- Deep familiarity with Reddit, X, LinkedIn groups, Slack, and where niche SaaS communities live and breathe.
- Bonus: Experience with Mautic, CapCut, PartnerStack, Canva, or relevant community/CRM/email and marketing tools.
- Self-driven, confident in outreach, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
