We are seeking a skilled and experienced Content Writer with a strong command of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Prompt Engineering. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in crafting SEO-optimized technical content, developing certification materials, and producing AI-generated documentation. This role is perfect for someone who can simplify complex technical concepts, enhance content visibility on search engines, and leverage AI tools to maximize productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and edit high-quality technical content, including certification guides, training manuals, e-learning modules, and white papers.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into user-friendly documentation.
- Work alongside designers to produce visually engaging content and interactive learning materials.
- Develop and maintain documentation templates, style guides, and standards.
- Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to refine content quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in content writing/editing, preferably in technical documentation, e-learning, or certification programs.
- Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience using AI writing tools.
