Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to produce high-quality written content for our brand. The ideal candidate is a skilled wordsmith with a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of how to tailor content to different audiences and platforms. You’ll collaborate with various departments to create content that supports marketing campaigns, enhances SEO, drives engagement, and strengthens our brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and edit clear and compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, press releases, whitepapers, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content strategies with business objectives.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX).
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand tone and style.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content creation, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong Writing and Storytelling Skills: Ability to craft clear, engaging, and concise scripts that flow well when read aloud. Must know how to keep viewers hooked from start to finish.
- AI Tools Proficiency: Experience with AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Murf.AI) for generating content, refining scripts, and even enhancing voiceover generation. Comfortable using AI-driven tools for optimizing text and narration.
- Video and Voiceover Understanding: Knowledge of pacing and tone for video narration. Ability to adapt written scripts into effective voiceovers that sound natural when converted to AI-generated voices.
- SEO Knowledge: Skilled in writing SEO-friendly and catchy titles, descriptions, and tags for videos across platforms like YouTube. Understanding keyword integration for maximizing visibility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in both written content and voiceover scripts, avoiding errors in final outputs.
