We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Finance Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement. This role is crucial for assessing our company’s financial health and providing strategic recommendations for improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial performance and identify key trends, strengths, and areas of improvement.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management and stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve business operations.
- Monitor and evaluate key financial ratios, such as profitability, liquidity, and efficiency metrics.
- Work closely with the accounting and operations teams to ensure financial data accuracy.
- Provide financial modeling and forecasting to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Support in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CA/ACCA, MBA Finance).
- Proven experience (4+ years) in financial analysis, performance reporting, and financial modeling. Preferably from Big 6 audit firm experience.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and financial ratios.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Tableau).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
